Symphony Capital joined the Pandion Partners (www.pandionpartners.com) in February 2021. The Pandion Partners S.L. advisory group, founded in 2000, consists of independent companies dedicated to M&A, Corporate Finance and Strategy & Business Advisory Services. Leadership
Dr. Suresh Nanda
Suresh is the Founder and Managing Director of Symphony Capital. A seasoned banker and dealmaker, Suresh had leadership positions in ICICI, ICICI Bank and ING Bank. Suresh was part of the startup team of ICICI Bank. His last two assignments were as the MD & CEO of ING Private Bank in UAE and as the Head of International Banking of Bank One, Mauritius. Suresh has experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate and International Banking, Offshore Banking and Private Banking. Suresh is also well versed in Corporate Governance and has been on Boards of reputed companies since 1990.
Suresh has a rich academic background with a master’s in economics followed by a Fellow in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (Calcutta). Subsequently he attended an Advanced Management Program in the prestigious Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, US.
Suresh’s experience, credibility and networking is the cornerstone of the business model of Symphony. Since he had been actively involved in the India growth story since the early 1980s, Suresh is enthusiastic to facilitate similar business growth in parts of Africa by bringing in reputed business partners and providing access to capital from across the world.
